Bottle poured the color and appearance of honey with a white head that settles fairly quickly to a nice curtin of lacing.
Aromas are of honey and subtle toffee notes.
Flavors of toasted honey with bitter grapefruit notes and hints of spices.
The Finish; notes of honey carry throughout, light bitterness with hints of citrus. Very light and dry, mouth feel is a little fizzy but not obtrusive.
